Fill-In Casual Coordinator Role

We are seeking a casual, fill-in toy library coordinator, providing support when the regular Brunswick West or Pascoe Vale Coordinator is unavailable. The role primarily involves running borrowing sessions, working with member volunteers, assisting members, and carrying out light administration to ensure smooth operations.

The casual Coordinator will:

• Step in to cover shifts, sometimes at short notice

• Create a welcoming environment for members and families

• Provide instruction to volunteers at the start of the borrowing session and work closely with volunteers during borrowing sessions 

• Ensure accurate records and support toy collection maintenance

• Notify the Toy Library Coordinator by email about any issues that could not be resolved during the borrowing session

Training and support will be provided to ensure familiarity with systems and processes.
